Well a nice-looking thumbnail of course. This can be achieved through composition, colors and/or a level of detail that'll push people to click. There isn't much more to it, master composition and you'll naturally attract people's eyes.

What would be the best way to publish your own comic if your country's comic industry is shit, then, anons? Getting into one of these contracts sounds like hell.

It means you can't just mindlessly wave your pencil and expect to come up with appealing shapes, you have to think about what you're doing. Do you find the stuff you draw appealing, Brian?
It's so clear you started drawing by the head, you put effort into it, and then you said "fuck it" and just got lazier and lazier as the drawing went.
This abstract doodling you do is not a style, it's a crutch for when a drawing gets too hard for you. You just need to remember how your 2014 figure drawings were mostly ruined like this, and as you got better you did it less and less, now it's mostly just what you do for backgrounds.

Pic related I think is close to what you're trying to accomplish in this one, gesture pushed so far anatomy is pretty much broken, chair and cello almost abstract, but it doesn't matter because the gesture itself, the shapes, the hatching are on point, the goal of the artist is to capture an abstract frantic flow and he does it perfectly, not by scribbling everywhere, but placing really precise lines.

I know i may sound like a nutcase but whatever anon it's not often that I make this kind of post. I think I thought up all that as a way to cope with loneliness and depression at some point.
I don't believe in any set religion, but I'm thinking... if there's something after death, say, reincarnation , what will judge where or as what you'll be reincarnated? is it random?
In the eventuality it's not, imagine being a fucking dick or jobless loser all your life, or squandering your existence by killing yourself and then being reincarnated as a plankton or some fuckoff inferior cellular organism barely able to think as a punishment for being "unworthy" and not trying your best with what you've been given. Thinking about that both motivates and terrifies me.

Claude Weisbuch.

He's a terrible artist but makes money by drawing gore and lots and lots of CP art.
I hate Keemstar as much as the next person, but drawing porn of his autistic 8 year old daughter is a bit much.

All is forgiven Anon, it is the time of good will to all people.
I get what you mean. I feel the true purpose of these threads is supply all possible needs, either basic how to start Loomis or a little more exotic with Hogarth.

You also seem to know your stuff Anon. Did Claude Weisbuch every publish any "how to" books? Discovered his works recently, blows me away and I'd love to learn a little from him.
