Cool. On to your question, I think your line work on >>3880840 is fine. It is nothing really fancy and it doesn't need to be, it feels soft and delicate which fits the cute cartoonish characters. You also seem to have good control on lineweight making the important parts thicker to pull the viewer there with hard edges(eyes head beak cap etc,) while making the less important oat very thin and subtle for soft lost edges (handbag). Good job at that,

On lighting, well this is a bit greater subject. Since you are drawing a comic it is better to stick with cell shading and picking 2 but at most 4-5 levels of shading and sticking to it (besides the pure white of eyes and shine and the pure black of the lineart of course) That should be simple enough no need to complicate things further.

What I can notice is that the difference between your light-shadow colors is that the value difference between the them is rather low, so it is hard to distinguish between them. I do see you made sure it is equal for each color. I also see that you are using a different color for the direct light that is good but the difference is still too little I showed this on color wheel 2)

What I would suggest you try is using 2-4 different colors that are slightly farther from each other, depending on the intensity of the direct light. I noted these on color wheel 1) 1-4 on as an example what I mean. The more intense the light is the greater is the difference bewteen light and shadow.(the environment plays a role here too but keep it simple) This is just an example so feel free to pull them even further apart. Make them more saturated or less saturated depending on the mood you are doing.

On Wheel 3 I showed you the basic rule of thumb on what to think when picking colors for shading, think of a curve that for towards the right on the color slider from light to dark. Again that is just a rule of thumbs so feel free to move it left or right of stretch it back and forth as you like.
