Shading & a background will certainly help, consider whether the right hand is in the best position, whether it would benefit from shading, and whether the light path as well as perspective you've chosen are the best choices. Not to say you haven't already considered these things but I was actually beginning work on a similar pose before moving moving over here to procrastinate, & those were the thoughts I was having with my own drawing.
