If you made the animation in photoshop on the timeline or made timeline from layers then you should be able to preview and save it.

If you're importing the gif from something else you need to go Import > Video frames from layers, and type *.* in the search to make gif file types available. Then go to Window > Animation or Timeline or something depending on your version, and then in top right of that little window is a menu. Click "make frames from layers", and that should give you the animation.

You then need to save for web and devices.

Should slow and stay at the top more and then drop quickly to the ground. Exaggerate, that's what animation is all about.
