Pretty appealing artwork, and overall great work. I have a few minor suggestions:
- Consider cropping the canvas vertically to the girl. Your current canvas size would be fine IF she was in a detailed room and the environment was a more important part of the artwork. But there's a lot of dead space on the right with nothing interesting.
- Minor perspective issues on the girl. The cup needs to be redrawn (should be facing more downward) and the girl's left shoulder looks crooked because of the hair overlap. You should probably move all that hair behind her shoulder.
- The pillows look glued on the headrest. Make them a little more angled backwards, and add some thickness to the sides
- It's weird how the girl's hair has a solid curtain shape at the back. Add some small gaps to make it look more natural
- The frills on her right leg could maybe have more flare
