I am currently just studying how the body works so I can improve my drawing and I'm wondering if there are any good resources you guys have used to gain a better understanding of human anatomy. So far I have just been looking up exercise videos and taking notes on how muscles flex/extend in certain position. Wondering if there is anything less time consuming such as just simple gifs showing isolated movement.
