I don't know what I'm doing now. I like the left sleeve because of the smaller brush strokes and the style of it. But the right side is trying to be more realistic. Which side should I stick with?

Also, for the rest of the right sleeve, my photo reference got messed up. There's a tissue box covering it up, but when I sketched it I ommited it. How do I go about painting a sleeve that's not there?
