i'm doing superimposed lines with each line being redrawn 8 times on top of eachother while drawing with my shoulder.

It tires the hell out of my shoulder and im being really hard on myself as i have high standards on myself just wanting to go forward and draw weeb shit but every video ive watched says to stick with fundamentals which is hard to wrap my head around as it is
