You can't. Don't try and chase another artist's style - you simply cannot and will not ever capture it. Seriously, it'll only leave to frustration.

You've done a decent job copying another portrait. But it looks like you're copying individual facial features and placing them where you think they go based on your ref. You're close, but the point is that you're not trying to draw, but rather trying to copy (and it shows). Listing what you got 'wrong' with your drawing wouldn't address the root of the problem.

Don't simply try and copy another artists style. Testsuya's style is their own unique interpretation of the fundamentals of drawing. You will never fully attain their unique interpretation, because you haven't practiced and explored the medium like they have. You need to embrace the joyous fact that you will have your own stylistic exploration to undergo.
