hands & fingers are too standardized. when you hold something, your fingers dont all line up, looking exactly the same and decreasing in length incrementally.
each finger will bend to wrap around the object in a slightly different way. heres a couple stock pics i smashed together to try and demonstrate, and remember to look at your own hands
in general, just don't standardize parts of the body. try and imagine the really complex ways things are angled and remember that there are very few poses where the right and left arms or legs can be drawn the same way, ya know?
