Breasts are actually a way for the artist to help find the proportions of the torso more easily, they are definitely not superficial detail. Not sure if you are just a noob or what, but hands and feet are almost always only indicated in gesture drawing or even quick figure drawings, because that IS superficial detail at that point and they do not influence the gesture in any way.

I really hope you stop trying to give "advice" to other beginners like yourself when you know so little about the topic you are trying to talk about.
