/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I'm working on my torso anatomy right now and I'm having an especially tough time trying to draw the abs and the obliques areas, I've gone through a handful of books and a ton of videos but none of them really go into how to specifically draw these areas. Could someone give me a hand?
