Both Keys to Drawing and Natural Way to draw described gesture the same way. Drawing on Right side of brain didnt mention gesture. Also they both kinda said there isnt a wrong way how to draw it as long as you do it FAST

Pros find a photo or texture and use it in their drawings. However i would say your picture is "too clean". You are trying to depict waste land. Where are all the trash, dust, random particles scattered everywhere? How come everything is so clean and uniform? If you want to display disaster, your art must look like that. Also its too bright. Even inside the station its not 100% black. Slap in way darker tones where its appropriate. And way more dust and cracks and litter.
