The biggest problem right now is the faces. They look really flat because the neck isn't connecting at the right place and the shading wonky. Try Looking at anime figure heads and study how the light hits them.

The breast are also a bit too high as well. . The ones I drew might be saggin a bit too much for being inside a bra but it gets the point across. The cleavage line should never be that close the pit of the collar bone. They start at the delicious arm pits.

Your proportions seem pretty good though. The legs might be a bit too long, but that's more of a preference thing because long legs can be sexy
