Ok, just remember that I'm also a /beg/ and I also have a long way to go before I leave this thread.
-The way the eye is jutting out in her bangs in your original drawing is weird, bang should cover it, the eye is also too wide. This is a bit of a stylistic choice (I also like to do it, but not that exaggerated)
-I know you like full lips, but they are jutting out too much making her look... uh, dollyfied/bimboish? Idk. Try to jut out your lips IRL to see what I'm talking about, see some photos of bimbos
-You art is very angular. Maybe try to soften or round up little a bit, like the chin and nose?
-The piercing is a round ball that seems to be floating in a weird pit between the muscles
-There's something weird in the shading past the belt in the colored version, maybe its just me, idk
