The main problem I see in this image and in the rest of yours I've seen so far is that you have inconsistent perspective throughout the whole illustration. This is a common problem beginners have.
This illustration is a collage of body parts that you know how to draw from certain points of view and when you put them together they simply don't match.
You should really consider going back to basics in terms of perspective and construction. Stop drawing stuff from memory like you think it should look like and start constructing your with fundamental shapes, that work as a whole, not as separate entities.

I made a quick paintover to point out what I'm talking about.
And the problem is not only the guy being made out of two guys in different perspectives. There are a lot of similar inconsistencies throughout the whole illustration.
