Forearms are a Lovecraftian nightmare

Hello

Breddy gud, keep going!

This looks decent, I’d say you should work on line confidence/cleanliness. The lines in her hair are much nicer than the lines in her thighs for example.

Hard to give much detailed feedback without seeing the reference to compare. But I can tell who this is and what she’s doing, so, good job.

Clean enough to eat off of. Nice.

I like seeing your studies and exercises, it’s neat to see the techniques you use. It’s useful. You’ll get the hands down in no time, I can feel it. I feel it deep in my plums. You might get there faster if you do a gestural shorthand version of hands and feet for all your practice poses, just to further get the shape internalized. I found that I started to suck less at visualizing head shapes in perspective when I began to add them to every gesture drawing. Still can’t into faces lol.

I like the rightmost head in the second row, with the pink hair, and also the second from left in the bottom row with the golden everything. Plus the line drawing dead center, and the black haired girl in the bottom right. They all have more volume and dimension to them than the others.

Haven’t seen that one yet. Bridgman?

Pretty ambitious. You’re definitely gonna make it. In addition to what the other anon said, I’d construct one animal out of basic volumes, and then position that animal head around the light in different angles. That would probably be more useful for you to do than trying to draw a bunch of different ones. Maybe even start out by rotating simple primitive forms around the light source, like wedges and boxes. Keep it up!

Interesting. I was gonna skip the heads when I get back around to Bridgman. How have your heads/portraits improved?

Not bad at all desu. A bit lacking in rhythm tho; try adding Vilppu or Gnass or Hampton gestures.
