How can Ice Cold be RED, HOT HEADED and EMOTIONAL? That's not ice cold at all.

We should go for a completely opposite direction.

Here, something like this. Ice-robot loli who is never impressed/moved, has analytical measuring eyes and a merciless redlining tendency.
Four arms for maximum efficiency.
