I initially drew this on a netbook and I realized that the image was slightly stretched and unsaturated. Fixed the chin using another pc but messed up the planes of the head.
Too lazy to do drapery. Thanks

Using silhouette is good but I think constructing the torso is better. Also, try to render it as a whole by simplifying what you see into 3-4 values.
