I'm not good with words, so I hope it's ok I drew over it. I'll try to explain what I did.
>Line weight
Generally, the lines in anime art are thin. I made them a bit thicker in the outline and converging lines. I also made the line of the face thicker because I wanted to draw attention to it.
>Face
I don't know if I misunderstood, but in your drawing it seems like the glasses cover the eye line. The eyes are the most important part of the face to show the character's appeal and expression, so I moved the glasses down a bit. I also changed the face shape to have more of a cheek.
