Remember to plot out the faces before you start going into detail. The guy's mouth doesn't line up with the nose's base and one of the corgie's eyes are starting to float away. Are the eyes on the guy too far apart?

At this point you've been doing these heads for so long you've turned them into symbol drawing. You have to combine real portraits of people with this construction so that you can get out of your comfort zone here.
See pic attached, I want you to start using your loomis head construction to plot out their features. The extra angles and different sizes will be healthy for you.
