Holy shit did I sink a lot of time into polishing this turd.
I shouldn't have done the background. The face looks retarded. I had to redraw the hand on the right several times, but it still doesn't look right. I noticed a lot of proportion mistakes when I was nearing the end, even though everything looked ok to me on sketch stage.
