I think there's more to it than that. But for what it's worth these things are only exciting in hentai, in real life I'm just concerned with getting my partner off and that gets me going. That idea is one of the things that keeps me away from doing porn is the lack of distinction between fantasies one applies to real life, and things that are specifically geared to hentai. It's kinda rough being able to draw all the wicked fantasies your mind can think up when you know you can be so greatly misunderstood as a nutcase. If everyone had the ability to produce such things I wonder if the perception would change. Anyway, thanks all.
