And last thing

I think your sternomastoid muscle looks thin and overly-defined. It should also end behind the ear.

Personally I think the best way to describe the muscle is a hint of shadow along the bottom edge, soft highlight, and focus the highest amount of definition of it where it attaches at the clavicle.
