is easier start with simple anime heads not too detailed specially if you are /beg/, then make your way up to more complex heads, but you need to really hammer it down , don't draw one angle right once and think you are already good you should be able to draw the head from any angle without too much difficulty, then add more complexity to the head and repeat.
