it feels off because you drew the head and arm in profile view while the body is almost fully facing forward, try doing the same pose yourself IRL and you will immediately tell who unnatural it is

you either turn the whole body into a 3/4 view to match a bit better the natural twist having the head and arm like that would create, picrel is a quick example of how the body would naturally turn with the head

or you turn the head into almost 3/4 view and the arm moving away from the camera with the elbow pointing more forward, explaining by typing sounds weird but i hope you can get what im saying lol
