Ah yes, there is no way to show the giant's scale without putting a generic hero in the bottom of the picture.
The hero can't be hanging off a cliff positioned at the side of the image, no no, he HAS to stand on either a cliff, a rock, or any platform that is slightly higher than the lowest horizon in the picture !
It simply has to be this way, otherwise it wouldn't read to the brainless consumers!
