i felt like complete shit for months and thought i had sleep apnea because i would wake up dead tired and need to sleep throughout the day, but when i cut out coffee those symptoms reduced by like 90%. it was completely fucking my sleep up beyond belief. i still drink tea but it doesn't have anywhere near the effect
