Anon here that gave you your last critique. I think you improved a lot good job at that, he details are better, she has way more softer complexion especially the eye area improved a lot.

However the arrangement of the face is still off. The head looks towards the left from looking at the eye and the nose but the mouth seems to face towards the camera (insert wolf face meme here). Same goes for the horns, the horn closer to us seem to curve backwards but the horn behind her head seems to curve towards the opposite direction for some reason.the back of the head still seems small for having a human. Finally she still seems to have a big bony chin which could be deliberate because she is some dragon/demon things but not if you want to make her beautiful.

I say keep working at it you seem to have learned a lot.
