How to git gud (enough to earn 320$ per month) in one year?
Do you think it's a realistic goal for a beginner that's willing to draw pony/fury porn?

I've found 2 guides that I could use, but I would appreciate getting more opinions about them:

Here's a 1year schedule of materials to learn, to get good grasp of fundamentals (keep in mind that it was created for people trying to get into character design):

Personally I would also add a Keys to drawing at the beginning.
After doing this you'll be better than pic in OP.
