I'm not sure how or what to study?

I've just been trying to replicate poses lately.
I want to get better at drawing the figure and values.

I mean, I'm drawing, but I feel like I need a more organized approach to get better. Like a schedule that has me do face studies on one day...and other stuff.

I'm just not really sure how to build a good schedule and what that schedule would include.
