No, because they're blanket terms used to mash hundreds of traditions into a seemless blob.

I wouldn't conflate Ife heads from the Yoruba to say Lois Mailou Jones even though yes, there's a clear relationship.

I'd even go further, Ukiyo-e isn't one to one with manga, even coming out of the same culture. Different context, methods, objectives and influences.

But honestly, that's an answer I'd give for a good faith argument. Whenever "white art" is used in the context of 4chan, it's used by white identitarians to make themselves feel important by associating themselves with other more accomplished white men. In reality they wouldn't even be able to see paintings like those, much less make them if they were transported back to those time. Class structure and all.
