So, I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that while your admin may have some forms of insanity, including a history of moderate depression and a genuine desire to fornicate with a dragon, what's not bundled into that madness is a desire to tear everything down out of spite, sadness or a compulsory hatred for furries. Nor is he incompetent enough to deploy code that literally obliterates the site (yet).

The bad news is that this means the situation is completely out of my hands. I have just been notified that Heroku's US Dynos are currently experiencing severe technical difficulties, and as a result, everything is kaput.

In the event this downtime lasts longer than 6 hours, I will put out an official statement for those struggling to submit. Another one will be made if the downtime lasts longer than 24 hours. Will continue to monitor the situation.
