I wouldn't mind having a discussion but for a topic starter this is kinda mid.

The lack of "humanity" for the art just makes the pieces less interesting to me. I like the intentionality behind humans making art, like why they chose the composition or how they got a part in the piece to look a certain way. It makes me wonder what their thoughts and process is like to accomplish the goal. Furthermore seeing an artists "hand" in their work is one of the most interesting parts about art in general. It's exciting to see how certain artists progress through their career and how they tackle certain subjects or which subjects they don't tackle.

Overall this is part of why I find AI disappointing. The intentionality and process isn't there so there just isn't much to think about and any critique you give can never be taken so there isn't much point in discussing the piece either.

Ironically the most interesting part of AI art is the tech and creators behind it and not the images themselves.
