hey man you ever notice how spots on a curved obejet are distorted to match the curved surface?
apply that to the spots on her skin too man
the spots are too evenly-spaced that it works against the otherwise well-redered skin (especially around the edges)
just try and keep the distortion in mind when drawing the skin spots and i think you've got a good piece at hand

(repeat cuz i want him to see this n hopefully fix it)
