Searched whole fucking web but i cant find a solution. Whenever i want to switch a tool, say from gradient to bucket tool i right click on that icon like pic rel, but it pops out for a split second and disappears which makes it nearly impossible to perform. Its been bugging me for almost a week, i tried turning it off and on again, reinstalling and so on but nothing helped. Im using photoshop cc 2017 copy from cgpeers
