Even though it's not supposed to be realistic I think the eyes are a little too big. I mean they are almost touching, you should always keep in mind their distance. Even in anime, the rule is the same. Also, the hair looks a bit too much. Maybe you should also try a simpler style shading focusing on using mostly a hard brush, it would make your image more pleasing and fitting to the style you're pursuing.
