Not too long ago there was a small campaign in my country along the lines of "let boys be boys". Addressing some of the needs of young boys that we seem to forget.

It actually got quite a bit of backlash because it was somehow "discriminating" against girls and in todays society, heavily influenced by gender-politics you aren't allowed to support young boys especially if they grow up to be heterosexual white males.

That is the world we live in today.
Thankfully, all people I actually meet outside the internet do not share the same view as the politicians or media.
And when I'm drawing, fortunately I don't think about these kind of things at all.
