I'll bite. Your work looks like it was ripped out of a Art history textbook. Those Picasso-Essie works lack an understanding of Cubism and the deconstruction of space. You've mimiced the style, removed the content and have come late to the show by 90 years. Your abstracts belong in 1960 with the other Abstract Expressionist works.

So step one is throw out the history books and hit the galleries. Figure out what is contemporary and appeals to you. Work around the styles presented there but stop fucking copying. You are not Picasso!

Next is subject matter, what the fuck are you trying to say with your art? You're a good painter, but shitty artist (this actually lumps you in with most of ic).

Be new, not a copy. Keep working man
