Yes, that's an accurate description of the OP picture.
Add bad foreshortening, bad anatomy and bad proportions, and you're almost there.

I mean, what's the pose in the OP even supposed to be? It looks like she's sitting on something, but there's nothing under her ass. And she can't be crouching, because her legs can't support her in that position.
