I like Tahra also anon.
I tried copying some of Tahra's art and I see what's the problem.
You two drew the noses too big.
Tahra's eyes is kinda near to realistic eyes. It is indeed stylized but near on the realistic eyes.

Also, try to clean up your drawings.
It's ok if you want to get that (You)s but if you want to improve try to clean those lines first, make it a habit.
