Not many are like Moebius

Check Syd Mead if you haven't already, he's another pioneer of sci-fi who worked alongside him.

Definitely check Cosimo Galluzzi (pic related) who worked on Hyper Light Drifter and has an amazing vision. I love this guy, wish he did more comics work.

Moebius was a huge influence on Miyazaki when he made Nausicaa, the comic's full of imagery pulled straight from Arzach.

Geof Darrow imitates a lot of his drawing style but I (personally) don't like his work that much.
