Clip studio paint is only 25 dollars right now, and you have it forever. I would reccomend that. If you want something free understand that it will not be as good, but Krita is an alright free program.

As for studying, lots of beginners don't feel like they can study because the hand eye coordination isn't there. Try drawing boxes circles and straight lines to build up confidence. It will seem like it's dumb but it's the most important building block, being able to have your hand do what your brain wants it to do.
