No it's not. You seem pretty salty over being "accused". Maybe if you weren't, you would know it's good manners to point out when you're copying a reference and not parade a repainted photo as your own skill. That is dishonest and makes you look pathetic. Copying refs are okay if you make people aware of it and not caught with your pants down trying to deny it. If you are bad, be big enough to admit it. Honesty and humility are virtues.
