I'm not the best at hands either, but I made the biggest gains in my life drawing hands from comic books. Because it's all lines, it makes it much easier to copy and figure out the design of the shapes and forms of each thing. I recommend getting the first volume of Bakuman and copying every hand you see. Just go cover to cover. Bakuman is awesome because it's a manga about drawing manga, so the hands take all kinds of cool poses
