I mean look at this. A girl waking up and doing her hair in the morning? How much of a flaming homo can one man be? Disgusting.

By drawing consistently. Drawing has to become a part of you and how you express yourself, how you think and feel, and what interests you. The more you explore by drawing, the more you will foster that spirit of imagination in yourself.

Only after taking her out to dinner first.
This is really good.

The head amputee got a laugh out of me
Absolutely soulful, you're one of my favorite artists on this board and seeing your work here never fails to make me smile.

I really like the atmosphere in this.

You're very good. Good expression, gesture, and I love the costuming and drapery.

The abstracts are interesting. I'd really like to see what you could do with it after learning construction drawing and perspective. There's a whole new dimension to implement those mind-screwy visuals in. Check out Tradd Moore's trippy abstracted visuals in Silver Surfer Black, it's amazing.

Don't worry about it, it comes with practice. I would suggest learning to sketch using an ink pen or ballpoint, it increases your accuracy and line confidence tons.
And for what it's worth, you did quite well. The arms are off but it's simply a matter of more study and practice to get them right.

Is it weird that I like the stick figure dude the most? I do like the expressions and design of the chick though.

Love this. There's something about that line quality and style that I really like.

Watercolors? Really nice illustration.

Based and tkmiz-pilled. I like this kind of illustration, I should try it myself sometime.
Got two (You)'s in one post, thanks.

Not mine, I used it because it was a really good demonstrative image. This artist (whoever they are) is way better than me.

25. I have been drawing all my life, never had any structured teaching or study, just drew a lot and read books and watched videos. Unfortunately I was an idiot and never made scenes or compositions and never made finished work because my attention span was too short to draw something planned out, then line and color it. Studied photos of people and observed them as I went throughout my day but I have never really drawn from life. Mostly grinded my imagination drawing to the point where I actually got decent at it, mostly this last year and maybe the second half of 2018? Lately I've been focusing more on finishing my work and making actual compositions with characters actually doing things and interacting instead of random poses and standing.
Somehow I managed to learn to be able to draw stuff without underdrawing construction, which not everyone can boast, but I'm far from the only one who can do so either. I would be much, much better, maybe even professional level if I had invested in serious, committed study instead of blindly following wherever my autism lead me. But I'm pretty okay with my power level, all things considered. Drawing is still fun and it keeps getting more fun so I'm happy. I do want to learn and improve more this year though, fill in the gaps left by my eclectic drawing habits and education and actually make something worthwhile.
