You know what is also an excuse? Using paper, graphite, ink, learning resources, any proper art stuff that comes to mind. Cavemen drew with fucking blood and poop, indians use substances that come directly from fruits, none of them used paper. If you're gonna ever come out of this weak willed state of mind, you either change the cope, or get rid of it to have some improvement for once. Even if you were taught by Leonardo daVinci himself, you'd use different shades of dirt and poop on the ground as your medium and when he'd say "use something proper for art" you'd say "if I can't come up with something good using dirt and other dirt as a medium it's because I'm retarded. Using oils and a canvas are not required to make good art!!111!!!!!"
You know what else? When you get good enough with a mouse (much more time than if you were using a 2 dollar alixpress huion) and get a tablet, you're gonna have to start over, because of the sheer difference between the two. Yes you'd know what to do, but it's that thing, on paper everything works, but in practice almost nothing does.

On normal retards, yes, on retards like you, that have potential but don't want to have to go through the effort, or are weak willed, from personal experience, you can cure it. You just have to train and discipline yourself, it's the hardest thing I've done so far, I've not finished the process, starting is specially hard, but when you notice your progress, it makes it worth it.
