At this point I don't mind the music having shitty audio quality, as long as it actually plays at its proper speed. If I try to export the song (which is like 1 min 5 seconds) as an MP3 at 8000 Hz, it will give me an error that says I can't export it at that size and I'll need to up it to at least 32000 Hz, at which point it wont be accepted by Flash. It's either not getting in, or if it gets in, its slowed down and I have no idea why.
One newgrouds forum post from like 2012 said I should try raising the kbps in properties, but messing around in this menu hasn't actually changed anything either.
