Only the most autistic ones have.
So I'd still state it's around 10%.
Also if you look at some of the responses if you talk about this shit on other boards you get responses like 'OH SHIT YOU PEDO'.
As for shady content itself, it doesn't hurt people unless you pay some shady fuck on telegram to fuck a minor.
Now to state that it's good morraly, no not at all.
No one should really be looking for that content.
