I tried to redraw the pose ... I hope it helps you... (sorry looks a bit shitty -_-) try to keep in mind how tilting will also fold the skin - how the legs hold the weight when you twist the body like that ... you don't want the person to fall over - (weight distribution). Look into general anatomy, stare at the skinless freaks at posemaniacs, look at general medical anatomy stuff...

Regarding the colours your palette is really pale - but skin colour is a whole nother topic... try to google "skin colour" tutorial for more input - there are a lot great tutorials for that out there.

Just pick one and start somewhere. I still need to dig into all of these nearly daily as well... it's a long climb.
